Our Custom Wood Cabinets are Solid, Long Life, and Durable

They have heavy duty, solid Cabinet components such as the actual cabinet panels, Drawers (both the box and the drawer panel), and the moving and non moving hardware, such as the hinges, slides, connections, locks, and handles. Classic Wood Enclosures for unusual purposes are also available.

Designed and fabricated using solid, durable Cabinet Panels of various materials; including moisture stabilized solid wood of various available species, engineered wood (such as high grade laminated plywood), or a combination of the two categories of solid woods . In addition to standard cabinet styles, several of the less common styles are available, such as our Rustic Wood Cabinets which can be made to resemble old fashioned cabinets and cabinet doors while maintaining modern embellishments. Most cabinets are also available with a variety of components containing metals (steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper), and various plastics (such as pvc, Lexan, etc.), and glass.

Engineered and Fabricated Cabinet Panels for Optimal Durability

For extreme strength, these durable Solid Cabinet Panels are engineered and fabricated utilizing stress rated designs which ensure optimal durability of the cabinet panels, durability of the associated hardware, and rigidity of the connections of the hardware components (hinges, handles, slides, etc.) to the cabinet panels. Even the fasteners are stress rated and corrosion resistant. The cabinet panels are fabricated and engineered to include stronger connections and very precise mating of the panels and hardware. The result of all of these optimally engineered and assembled components is a long lived structurally stable, and very durable cabinet, or enclosure.

Reconfigurable Design

Another advantage to our Classic Wood Cabinets, and Enclosures is that they can be readily reconfigured, expanded, or re-deployed in a new configuration or new purpose. With these provisions inherent to these durable assemblies, one can be assured that the Classic Wood Cabinets will never fail to perform rigorously, even when they are moved or reconfigured.

Hardware and Accessories

Compatible hardware, heavy duty yet aesthetically pleasing, is engineered and fitted to the Classic Wood Cabinets and their sub-assemblies to ensure super durability, flawless performance, and custom functionality. The Classic Wood Cabinet assemblies can include security features, multi-use or multi-mode functions, easy clean-ability, and can also include features which are usually only included in custom industry specific cabinets and enclosures; for example, tight seals / gaskets, special sliding, locking, or latching devices, insulations, and moisture resistant options, etc.

Environmentally Conscious Cabinet Building

For customers who are particularly concerned with environmental impacts, we can provide documentation to verify helpful measures in the processes involved. For example, if a customer seeks to use only a native hardwood for a group of chosen classic wood cabinets, we can typically accommodate this request by working directly with local lumber mills or local wood suppliers.
